ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Court TV cable network by Time Warner. One network official said that there are discussions on whether Henry Schleiff, who has led Court TV as CEO, will stay at Court TV or move to Time Warner. Time Warner COO Jeff Bewkes praised the programming, branding and marketing capabilities of Court TV, but said that there are more improvements Turner can bring to the network. Comments from several cable companies on the contributions of Schleiff to Court TV are mentioned.
