ABSTRACT
The article reports on the full ownership of Court TV by entertainment firm Time Warner (TW) from Liberty Media in the U.S. Following the integration, CEO and chairman of the board of Court TV, Henry Schleiff, will resign from his job. The terms of agreement between Liberty and TW is discussed. On the other hand, TW predicted an increase in its profit in the first quarter of 2006.
