New technology gives La-Z-Boy a lift

The article reports that La-Z-Boy Chair Co. has introduced a patented technology that allows the base of the chair to remain on the ground as the seat is lifted. The Luxury Lift collection keeps the motorized parts of the chair hidden while it is in the position. According to VP of the company's upholstery merchandising Paula Hoyas, the chairs are retailed fro 999 to 1, 299 dollars.
