ABSTRACT
The article discusses student perceptions about physical fitness testing. The article focuses on students' understanding of the reasons for specific physical endurance tests. In the study, students were questioned if they understood the reasons for the one mile run test. The survey of students showed many students did not understand the reasons for the test run.
