ABSTRACT
The article presents the results of the physical fitness testing of children in the "Teacher Effectiveness in Children's Physical Education Project" study, presented in this issue of the "Journal of Teaching in Physical Education." The article discusses cardiovascular fitness for children, physical education curriculums, and several tests, including sit-ups, sit-and-reach, triceps skinfolds, and a 9-minute walk/run test.
