This article presents information from a study about the best ways to collect data about teachers' feelings and needs during the change process. The article suggests that the Concerns-Based Adoption Model offers a good way to collect such data. The results of the study indicate that if teachers concerns are identified and responded to, the chances for successful implementation of changes increases. Often administrators are so involved with the outcome of training programs that they don't focus on the concerns of the teachers about the changes.
