This article discusses the professional self-perception of physical education teachers. Several physical education teachers provided data for a study. The study uses the Elsworth and Coulter instrument for evaluating the professional self-perception of practicing teachers of physical education. In this case, self-perception is defined as how competent and effective teaches see themselves as in their role.
