ABSTRACT
This article looks at the Experimental Teaching Unit. The study was conducted to determine the differences in employment of selected process variables by more and less effective in-service teachers when teaching a novel motor skill to entire classes of fourth and/or fifth grade children. Several elementary school physical educators volunteered to participate in the study.
