ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Craftmaster Furniture (CF) Corp. by Lacquer Craft Manufacturing Co. (LCMC) Ltd. According to the officials of the two companies, they will operate as separate entities, each with its own sales force and showrooms. LCMC stated that they have the ability to enhance CF product line by taking advantage of the benefits that China offers to domestic upholstery manufacturing.
