ABSTRACT
The article discusses crisis management in the food service industry. Foodservice operators have been dealing with crises in one form or another since the genesis of foodservice. Earthquakes and fires in California, hurricanes in the Southeast and tornadoes in the Midwest have wreaked their fair share of destruction for decades which affect all walks of life, business and activity.
