The article reports that Brandeis University in Massachusetts is meeting the needs of those on kosher diets with a convenience store that allows students to avoid a trip into Boston, Massachusetts to find the items. The Kosher Express convenience store at this Aramark account is an adaptation of the contractor's C3 Express concept, a modular store. The store has been doing about 50 transactions daily, with some of the most popular items being Dr. Brown's soda, sushi, chips and other snacks and challah bread made on campus.
