ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the organic seafood products that were featured at the 2006 Boston Seafood Show in Massachusetts. Sustainable Seafoods launched a product line of organic cod, salmon and shrimp to gain further market penetration for the segment. Meanwhile, Shetland, Scotland-based Johnson Seafarms, Ltd. has geared up to begin continuous commercial supply to the U.S. market adding a simultaneous launch of a prepacked fresh range in Great Britain.
