Temple to Launch UFOs

The article reports that Temple University in Pennsylvania will continue its short-term borrowing program, also known as university funding obligations (UFO), with the issuance of 130 million of notes. About 112 million will be rolled over from last year and 18 million will be reimbursements for capital items. The bonds will be sold competitively with Wachovia Securities LLC as the underwriter.
