ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Outdoor Recreation Alliance has issued a statement last week, urging the New Jersey government to establish a constitutionally dedicated, stable funding source to pay for the park and wildlife conservation projects. According to a coalition of affordable housing advocates, environmental organizations, and sportsmen, the state should issue bonds to finance the project.
