Time to reconsider meaning of charity

According to the survey, the not-for-profit sector is divided between the haves and have-nots. The have-nots include organizations that directly address human need and rely on the public at large for financial and in-kind support. The haves include huge hospitals systems and organizations with multimillion-dollar budgets.
