The article presents an address by Herman Aihara, co-founder of the George Ohsawa Macrobiotic Foundation delivered at the French Meadows Camp in 1984. He gives valuable insights towards attaining contentment in life, establishing harmonious relationships with others, and practicing macrobiotics by heart to achieve prosperity.
