M&A Wave Sweeping Through E&P Sector

The article reports that Mergers & Acquisitions activity are sweeping through the Earnings & Profits (E&P) sector in the U.S. An increase of the E&P companies are joining into new trends whose unlevered balance sheets allows them to perform large finance acquisitions and growth of disparity between the implied value of future market and their asset evaluations. Most likely, large companies prefers to invest for higher premium on growth by purchasing companies whose investment are smaller.
