The article reports that the Standard & Poor's Corp. has revised its outlook on bond market to stable from the negative outlook given by Naperville-based Edward Health Services Corp. A-plus credit because of its failure to win regulatory approval for a new hospital in the suburbs south of Naperville, Illinois. The revision has affected large amount of debt issued in 1997, 1993 and 2001. The negative outlook is due to the credit placed in 2003 when Edward planned the hospital construction.
