The article reports on the renovation of the Reading Room of the British Museum in London, England. The refurbished Reading Room now includes the Paul Hamlyn Library. In 1998, the Hamlyn Foundation donated some cash to the British Museum to build a collection of books and put together a usable library. Despite the changes, still the sense of history is strong and the room is still inspiring.
