ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the increasing number of men and women in the U.S. in May 2006, who are deciding to undergo cosmetic surgery to boost their career. According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, 11.4 million surgical and nonsurgical procedures were performed in the U.S. in 2005. The top surgical procedures women had done in 2005 include lipoplasty or liposuction, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty or cosmetic eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty or nose reshaping, abdominoplasty or tummy tuck, and breast life.
