ABSTRACT
+The article discusses the importance of fire chiefs' leadership in their departments. It has been inferred that as leaders of the fire crew, fire chiefs should properly teach their fire fighters on their jobs. Their crews must be taught with correct behaviors to avoid huge issues in their departments. Being a good leader leads as an example where they say what they mean and mean what they say.
