ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 2 million dollars note approved by Oklahoma City Council for the improvement of the city's downtown tunnel network. The tunnel helped pedestrian traffic and linked the city's business establishments. According to Brent Bryant, the city's finance department manager, the project will be backed by the benefited establishments.
