ABSTRACT
The article reports on the sale of 261.7 million dollars of water system revenue bonds by the North Texas Municipal Water District in Dallas, Texas. Proceeds from the bond issue will finance a wetland project that would provide water supply for the district's customers as a new reservoir and the provision of wastewater and solid-waste services.
