ABSTRACT
The article explores the role of pharmacists in dispensing contraceptives to women in the U.S. Several cases were cited wherein a pharmacist refused to sell contraceptives to women customers. The court declared that a refusal to sell contraceptives violates the constitutional rights of women. Furthermore, studies showed that such action only increases abortion cases.
