ABSTRACT
The article reports that Oklahoma Senator Brian Crain has put on hold the completion of the legislation authorizing the 60-million-dollar construction bonds in the state. The delay of the bond bill is relevant to the business plans of American Airline Inc.'s maintenance facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Crain's bill named, SB 1921, would provide bonds for construction of a double bay hangar facility for maintenance on wide-body aircraft.
