ABSTRACT
The article presents a discussion between hospital executives on challenges they face when crafting and implementing a quality agenda and solutions to some of these challenges. The mission statement of University Hospital will help leaders determine what they have to do and have a clear vision of what to accomplish. Leaders need to find ways to articulate that they are passionate about quality and safety. That will help engage those who are following
