ABSTRACT
The article reports that water-soluble film producer MonoSol LLC has strengthened its base in Europe by purchasing Greensol SA of Sens, France. Greensol, a major contract packager, has worked with MonoSol over the past several years to help it develop sales in Europe. The acquisition provides MonoSol with a solid customer base on the continent, MonoSol's marketing vice president, Woody Eaker, said in a telephone interview. MonoSol did not disclose terms. Greensol has more than 30 years' experience marketing and packaging with water-soluble films.
