ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experiences driving a large pickup truck. In some parts of the country, like Texas, trucks are a common sight along the city streets, but in New York City the author points out that one rarely sees someone driving a pickup truck. Despite its lack of practicality, the pickup truck remains a popular vehicle in much of the United States.
