ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the moisture load brought about by the fresh air requirements of university dormitories and how they are addressed. There were gross condensation problems on all metal surfaces being cooled by air conditioners. Dehumidification was arrested by installing Munters dehumidifier units in series with existing units.
