ABSTRACT
The article discusses the application for benefits by veterans with service-connected diabetes mellitus who experience blurred vision and other vision difficulties in the U.S. The claims are often denied on the grounds that the veterans' condition was not glaucoma or retinopathy. The National Service Office of the Paralyzed Veterans of America offers assistance for veterans who suffer the said condition.
