ABSTRACT
The article presents the procedures, tools and tool-providers in surround audio production. One can always enhance multichannel mixing with the aid of the latest generation of Tascam, Genex, Fostex and ATR Services Corporation. In surround monitoring, Dynaudio Acoustics and NAMM, JBL can be of help. Blue Sky and Coleman Audio can offer tools in bass management and volume control. And in the encoding/decoding phase, Dolby and DTS can be of service.
