The article reports on the auction of 10 billion dollars of four-week bills at a 4.550 percent high yield and a price of 99.646111 by the Treasury Department in Washington. The equivalent of the couple was 4.630 percent and the bid-to-cover ratio was 3.73. 63.70 percent was the allotted tenders at the high rate.
