ABSTRACT
The article reports that voters in the Pine Bluff School District in Arkansas has approved a 4.5-million levy increase to finance $29.4 million of general obligation bonds. Proceeds from the bond sale will be used to finance the renovation and replacement of several school facilities. The district plans to issue 30-year bonds to finance the projects.
