ABSTRACT
The article reports on the coyote that was chased by police officers through the Central Park of New York City. It took the officers almost 20 hours to catch animal. The coyote escaped officers near the ice-skating rink by jumping in a pond, swimming under a bridge, then squeezing through a fence. According to the police the coyote most likely wandered into the city from the suburbs.
