ABSTRACT
The article reports that Technical Consumer Products Inc. has developed the new compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) called Spring Lamp 190. The company says that the product is a direct replacement for a three-way incandescent bulb. It has two lower light output and power consumption levels and lasts eight times longer than other similar products. The CFL requires only 32W energy to provide 1950 lumens.
