The article reports that Safari Books Online has continued to grow as a publisher of electronic reference material for programming, business managers, and general knowledge clients in California. Safari Books was a joint business of O'Reilly Media Inc. and Pearson Education Inc. They offered a fully searchable database of the electronic versions of the books they published.
