ABSTRACT
The article reports on the sale of 358.5 million dollars of insured convention center hotel senior revenue refunding bonds by Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority bonds to remove debt issued in 2003 to fund a Hyatt hotel in Colorado. The bonds will be introduced in a term bond structure with the final maturity in 2035.
