ABSTRACT
The article reports that credit rating firm Moody's Investors Service Inc. upgrade the rating of San Mateo County Community College District's general obligation bonds to Aa1 from Aa2 ratings in California. The Aa1 rating of the district were based from the continuing growth of the district's very large tax base, favorable socioeconomic profile, sound financial operations, very strong management, and low debt burden.
