The article reports that credit rating firm Standard & Poor's Corp gave BBB rating to Hibernia National Banks bonds in Louisiana. With positive rating of the bank, it follows the agency's placement of the bank on CreditWatch with positive implications. The rating of the bank were base from issues which includes equipment and capital facility pooled loan program revenue bonds sold by the Louisiana Public Facilities Authority, and mortgage revenue refunding bonds sold by the Louisiana Housing Finance Authority.
