ABSTRACT
The article reports that the bi-partisan commission serving the Illinois General Assembly is launching a competitive selection process for a financial adviser to come up with projections on how much a partial or full privatization of the 274-mile state tollway system would generate. Interested investment banks and financial advisory firms working on the fiscal projections are given until May 5, 2006 to submit their qualifications.
