ABSTRACT
The article reports on the disclosure of Pima County Industrial Development Authority regarding the examination of its bonds by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Arizona. The finance company has announced that the IRS is auditing 27 million dollars of variable rate lease purchase revenue bonds, Series 2002 in the form of material event notice. The underwriter of the deal is the Banc of America Securities LLC.
