The article focuses on the voting activity of the Mansfield Independent School District officials to place a 241.5 million dollars general obligation bond question on the May 13 ballot in Texas. It was believed that the authorization would be the largest bond package in the district's history. If approved, the proceeds of the bond authorization would be use to finance school infrastructures.
