ABSTRACT
The article reports on the performance of various economic indicators during the month of March 2006 in the U.S. An increase was observed on non-farm payrolls by 211,000 bringing the total employment to 134.966 million. Unemployment rate fell to a 0.1 percentage point to four point seven percent. Wages increased by 16.49 dollars per hour on average.
