ABSTRACT
The article reports on the performance of municipal bonds during the April 7, 2006 bond trading in the U.S. Bond prices continued to decline after non-farm payrolls report indicated a tight labor market. Some traders were observed to be selling by arbitrage accounts. Treasuries continued to decline following the release of the payrolls.
