The article reports that Rodney Howard and Charlie Roth have been named as co-chairmen of a citizens' bond committee by the board of trustees for the Round Rock Independent School District near Austin,Texas. The committee hopes to have a bond proposal together for voters by November 7, 2006. Enrollment in the district is expected to increase from 37,700 to 44,000 by 2011.
