ABSTRACT
The article reports on the credit ratings on bonds issued by the public transportation authorities in the U.S. According to the report from the Fitch Ratings Inc., the credit ratings of the bonds have been expected to remain stable as the demand for transit services increases. Scott Trommer, analyst at Fitch, stated that they have expected the stability of the credit profile within the sector, given the continuing growing demand for public transportation services.
