ABSTRACT
The article reports that owner of the defunct Burkhart's Furniture store in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Richard Burkhart has been sentenced to 18 months probation for state tax offenses. According to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, Burkhart has been ordered to pay around $129,000 in back taxes. He pleaded guilty to 13 counts of state tax offenses.
