The article reports on the agreement entered into by San Mateo, California-based Linux management company Levanta with Korea's Linux solution providers, NSTEK and Linuxkorea in 2006. Under the terms of the agreement, the Korean companies will resell the Intrepid M Linux management appliance of Levanta. The agreement was prompted by the Korean government's announcement in 2004 that it will convert a number of information technology government projects to Linux and open source software. Levanta saw opportunities for Intrepid M sales in Korea where the Linux market is rapidly developing.
