ABSTRACT
The article reports on RGB Networks Inc. chairman and CEO Jef Graham's responsibility to grow the product line of the San Mateo-California-based digital video specialist. Graham will also lead the company's expansion into sectors other than cable. RGB developed the Simulcast Edge Processor, a device that handles decoding, modulation and upconversion for up to 48 channels.
