ABSTRACT
The article presents a chart called "the financial planner's pyramid of success." The author developed this chart from an idea from the UCLA basketball coach John Wooden, who had a handout he called the pyramid of success. The financial planner's pyramid details ways that financial planners can develop their business. The author believes that the two core values of customer service and acquisition of clients are essential.
